ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Most of our products ship from US-based warehouses and arrive within 3–7 business days. Some items ship internationally and may take 10–14 business days. Your estimated delivery window will always be shown on the product page before you purchase.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to track your package at any time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — join our email list to be the first to know.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@lumevo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method.

PRODUCTS
Are your products high quality?
Every product in the Lumevo collection is personally vetted before we list it. We order samples, test quality, and only carry items we'd put in our own homes. That said, if something doesn't meet your expectations, our return policy always has you covered.
Do your products require assembly?
Most of our items arrive ready to use or require minimal setup. Any product that requires assembly will say so clearly on the product page.
Are bulbs included with lamps?
Unless specifically stated on the product page, bulbs are not included. We recommend warm white LED bulbs (2700K) for the best ambiance.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes — completely. Our store is SSL encrypted and all payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment system. We never store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed and shipped we're unable to make changes, but our returns policy will still apply.
